At the onset of the project, the OCTA’s Quality Assurance Manager reviewed the Quality Management System the team developed for our project. He informed me that it was the best QA Plan he had ever seen. At the termination of the project, the OCTA’s Quality Assurance Manager recommended that the OCTA review as an example for future projects our QMS Manual and the methodology used to perform QC and QA activities, as it had proven to be an excellent system for ensuring product quality.
